There is a 4 km stretch of white sandy beach and the starting point for coastal walks. These are lined with small coves and lead to the Mousterlin marshes or the Cap Coz lagoon. Also ideal for family bike rides on the greenways.

The house has been completely renovated and is very functional. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a hallway leading to a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.). The kitchen opens onto the dining room and a small living room with direct access to the garden terrace through a bay window.

From the dining room, you can access another TV lounge (with fibre WiFi) with access to the garden and a laundry room (tumble dryer and washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner, etc.).

On the first floor, up the stairs on the right, there are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed, the second has two twin beds and a double sofa bed. The landing leads to a bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub.

Another staircase, opening onto the TV lounge, leads to a master bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet.

This little corner of paradise and tranquillity is enhanced by a pretty, fully enclosed garden, an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach, an outdoor tap for rinsing bikes and a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, etc., and garden sheds, providing a pleasant relaxation area facing west.

A gate gives direct access to the beach path.
