I'm Magali, a qualified sports coach, and I'll be your guide through this new experience.

Whether you're a beginner looking for a fun way to get back into shape, or an experienced athlete looking to diversify
your training thanks to sand, there's something for everyone.
Accessible to all...different levels are available:
- Muscular awakening:
To stimulate the natural elasticity of collagen in tune with the muscles, in order to reactivate the main lines of myofascial strength. All while enjoying the invigorating sensations of the sea, with your feet in the sand or in the water.

- Renfo Full Body:
The natural resistance of the water and the unstable sand underfoot create an ideal environment for mobilising all the deepest muscles. An approach combining the principles of Fascia Fitness with the benefits of the sea for a unique full-body strengthening experience.

- Pilates and relaxation:
Breathe in the invigorating sea air and enjoy an exceptional setting to harmonise body and mind.
This Pilates session on the sand gives you an extra gentle challenge, perfect for toning your muscles deep down. Followed by 15 minutes of innovative back relaxation.

Spring holidays and school Wednesdays - Fit' plage Family
Price: €5 per class and per participant (from age 5) - Senior sportspeople welcome and parent/child sessions.
